Within Confluence, a new iconic and sustainable district, Factory is an office building with retail space at the base of the building that enjoys the advantages of an attractive and innovative sector: an urban park on the banks of the Saône, shops, cultural activities, terraces, leisure amenities and dotted with many green spaces. The location features dynamic service businesses and access to all modes of transport, especially soft mobility.

Comfort and innovation guided the thoughts with a concept focused on a sense of openness and the harnessing of natural light; and high environmental quality in the form of photovoltaic technology and thermal performance designed to create an optimised energy footprint.

The project was handed over in 2018.
