Mixed useTetris

Acquired in 2017, this 3-hectare site is very well connected to the major hubs in the Ile-de-France region and enjoys an excellent location. The project consists of a major redevelopment, with the goal of creating a large mixed-use complex of offices and housing, coupled with a range of services and shops for future users.

The project, consisting of eight buildings, is part of a larger project to create a low-carbon district. A place full of movement, it offers flexible, bright office space, with easy circulation and many green spaces. Its design provides a contemporary response to a variety of needs, and more specifically to new working habits: installation of scalable floors, double-height spaces, atypical meeting rooms, etc. Already energy efficient, the project will further reduce its ecological footprint thanks, in particular, to the production of renewable energy and the revegetation of more than 15% of the area.
