In the heart of Saint-Lazare, the Théodore building enjoys a very strategic context and location, within a dynamic environment known both for its technology and digital-oriented businesses, but also for its bustling shops.. At an ideal location in the heart of the Saint-Lazare transport hub, the building has excellent mobility facilities.
The project involved the restructuring of a heritage building (the work of architect Théodore Ballu, who also designed Place d’Estiennes-d’Orves and the Église de la Sainte-Trinité), the facade and roof of which are listed as historic monuments.
The aim was to rationalise the vertical circulation to offer users more functional and flexible spaces. This idea, and the way it was implemented, won over the Adidas group which turned the building into one of its flagship stores.
Théodore was sold to DEKA in 2020 for a record price.
