OfficeUp-on

A major renovation of an existing building, Up-On embodies a concept based on urban living and flexibility. A stone’s throw from Porte d’Orléans, the project enjoys a prime location, right next to the many services, transport connections and shops in the area. The building fosters an interplay of collaborative offices, perfectly suited to flex offices, and enables the space to evolve, allowing meeting rooms to be created anywhere on the floor.

Designed as a true meeting place, the building offers spaces that enable users to work together efficiently. With a ground floor designed like an urban hall with a multitude of services, it meets the new needs of professionals: a click and collect service, a gallery, a lounge, a naproom. A 170 m2 rooftop featuring beehives and a vegetable garden under glass further enhances the atmosphere of interchange and community.

Hand-over is scheduled for September 2021.
