Bruneseau is an ambitious urban renewal project, driven by the desire to create an innovative, sustainable, and connected business hub, reclaiming the surroundings of the ring road and establishing continuity between the cities of Paris and Ivry.

The consortium has envisioned a new urban centre with a mixed-use programme – combining offices, education, cultural facilities, retail, and public spaces – designed to be a true destination, fostering conviviality and social interaction.

In line with Paris’s new Bioclimatic Local Urban Plan (PLU), this district will set an environmental benchmark, focusing on energy savings, reducing carbon footprint, promoting soft mobility, and enhancing biodiversity.
