AG Real Estate France

Adel Yahia currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of AG Real Estate. With nearly 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has built a consistent career within leading real estate companies, including Immobel and Matexi. Adel Yahia holds a law degree from KU Leuven. He obtained a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School, a postgraduate degree in real estate from KU Leuven, and completed his academic background with an Executive Programme in Real Estate at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Alongside his professional activities, he is a lecturer in several real estate programmes at KU Leuven, VUB, and UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, and is actively involved in the sector as a board member of UPSI, the professional association of the real estate sector.

Arnaud is Managing Director of AG Real Estate France and Head of Development. He joined the company in 2012 after working for Generali Immobilier and Kaufman & Broad. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in large, complex projects, such as EOS Generali, awarded the 2007 Pierres d’Or and the Hekla Tower, awarded the 2019 Pierres d’Or. He graduated from ESTP.

Thibault joined AG Real Estate France in 2012 and is currently Managing Director and Head of Investment & Asset Management. A graduate of the ESLSCA Business School Paris and member of RICS, Thibault has acquired 15 years of experience in commercial real estate on behalf of institutional investors (Foncière Colbert) and private English-speaking investors (Marcol Industrial Securities Group). Highly committed to projects and eager to meet users’ expectations, Thibault has managed more than €3 billion in transactions in various asset classes: office, retail, logistics, business and residential.

Vincent has joined AG Real Estate France in2016. As Director of Project Management, he supervises the Development and Design & Build teams in managing projects to promote and create value for AG Real Estate France’s assets, from the design stage through to construction. Over his 15 years of professional experience, mainly in service-sector and residential real estate, he more specifically managed the development of large complex service-sector structures. He has an engineering degree from ETP and graduated from ESSEC.

Cécile has been working at AG Real Estate France since November 2015 and is responsible for the accounting team with a staff of 6. This service supports both the companies with rental assets and the property-development subsidiaries. In addition, holding a degree from the ESCEM (Business School) in Tours and an accounting diploma (DEC), Cécile has 18 years of experience in private real estate (listed and unlisted companies), including 12 years as Manager of the Chartered Accounting Department at accountancy firm Primexis.

Véronique has held the position of Chief HR & Communication Officer of the AG Real Estate group since June 2010. During her career, she has acquired international multidisciplinary experience in human resources and communication. She also has day-to-day responsibility for these areas at AG Real Estate France, as well as press relations. Véronique studied at university in Belgium: she earned a degree in Communication from ULg in 1994, and obtained a Special Degree in Human Resources from the Haute École Francisco Ferrer in 2004 and an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from Vlerick Business School in 2015.
